BACK PAIN

At Kinfolk Chiropractic Centre, we understand that back pain is a common and often debilitating condition that can manifest in various ways. From a persistent dull ache to sharp, localised stabbing sensations, the experience of back pain can greatly impact one’s quality of life. Our approach to addressing back pain focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying physical causes, aiming to promote healing and restore proper function.

Problems with the back, spine, sciatica. Sad Arabian or Indian man, dressed in casual wear, sitting on sofa in living room, experiencing acute pain in the back, lower back, has chronic joint problems

To do this, we start by asking the right questions and conduct a thorough physical examination. While structural issues and lifestyle factors are often implicated, each case is unique and requires individualised assessment. Common contributors to back pain include muscle strain, sports injuries, poor posture, lifestyle stressors and overuse, among others. However, more serious conditions such as scoliosis, fractures, and degenerative disc disease may also be underlying causes.

At Kinfolk Chiropractic Centre, our goal is to provide empathetic and professional care for every person that walks through our doors. We will develop a personalised care plan aimed at addressing the root cause of your back pain and aim to achieve long-term solutions.
