Firstly you will be taken through our Initial Consultation process, your First Adjustment and Report of Findings consult. Once this process has been undertaken a typical chiropractic visit here at Kinfolk Chiropractic Centre will be as follows: (Please note that this is subject to individual needs and what the chiropractor prescribes you at certain points during your stages of care with us.)
1. You will initially begin in our HyperVibe Spinal Rehabilitation room where you will use our HyperVibes for 3-5 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early to utilise the pre adjustment benefits of these machines. Your chiropractor will let you know what is suitable for you to undertake when using these machines.
2. You will then have your scheduled chiropractic adjustment with one of our chiropractors where they will use a wide range of appropriate techniques and will always endeavour for you to feel as comfortable as possible.
3. After you have your adjustment you are invited to use our Breath and Yoga Studio where you can lie on one of our yoga mats for self guided meditation, breath work or gentle stretching. There will also be orthopaedic postural devices for you to use but only if your chiropractor has prescribed these for you.
This is a typical adjustment experience here at Kinfolk Chiropractic Centre and our pre and post adjustment facilities are always voluntarily your choice.
