SPINAL REHABILITATION
Experience simple self directed spinal rehabilitation that is demonstrated by your chiropractor before having your adjustment at Kinfolk Chiropractic Centre. We have a dedicated space for our vibration machines called “HyperVibes”. The HyperVibes are a class 1 medical device, which means they are scientifically proven to be beneficial for a wide range of conditions. The HyperVibes mimic the increased gravitational forces that are applied to your body during weight training, with the convenience of not having to lift a single weight if you don’t want to. You will also save time, as all that is needed is a few short minutes to get great activation through your body and nervous system. The use of our HyperVibes, in conjunction with the adjustment, promotes blood flow, improves mobility, builds muscle mass, increases bone density, improves joint health, boosts performance and recovery, helps alleviate back pain and is used for neuromuscular re-training. Kids under care can enjoy the HyperVibe experience and benefits as well, or, they can enjoy our wooden indoor playground while you focus on your spinal rehabilitation. This ensures a stress-free and fun experience for the whole family.
BREATH & YOGA STUDIO
After your chiropractic adjustment, you have the option to step into our ambient, calming space designed to help you unwind and integrate the benefits of your adjustment. Lie back and relax on our soft yoga mats, or if prescribed by your chiropractor, utilise our orthopaedic posture tools that help restore and aid in normal curvature of the spine. These tools will be a part of your individualised care plans set out by your chiropractor. Whether you choose to stretch gently or simply lay still focusing on your breath, our studio provides the perfect environment to reconnect with your body and mind.
